Terms & Conditions

By purchasing Coaching Sessions with Simer Sekhon through Live One Essence Spiritual Coaching Services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Ascension Coaching Method

By choosing to participate in Ascension Coaching with Simer Sekhon, you understand that you will be coached exclusively using the Mirror Exercise as taught by Jeff and Shaleia in their book Twin Flames: Finding Your Ultimate Lover and through their teachings at Twin Flames Universe.

Cancelling a Coaching Session

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time using the cancellation link provided in your booking confirmation email. Alternatively, you may contact me at liveoneessence@gmail.com.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late to their scheduled session will forfeit their session. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or credited unless the client provides notice or reschedules more than 24 hours in advance.

Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of this work, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

If a client chooses to discontinue coaching services, no refunds will be provided for any unused coaching sessions, coaching packages, subscriptions, digital products, or online services.

Simer Sekhon reserves the right to terminate a coaching relationship without refund if, at any time, the client:

  • Becomes verbally or emotionally abusive toward the Coach;

  • Misses two or more consecutive coaching sessions without communication;

  • Demonstrates a clear and prolonged unwillingness to participate in the coaching process using the Mirror Exercise; or

  • Creates a conflict of interest involving the client, the business, or any affiliated parties, including but not limited to Twin Flames Universe, Jeff and Shaleia, or any Certified Ascension Coach with Twin Flames Universe.

If you experience resistance or emotional triggers toward your Ascension Coach, you are encouraged to seek additional support. You may contact HR@twinflamesuniverse.com to request a support session. Please also inform your Coach that you wish to receive this support.

By participating in coaching sessions or accessing any content provided through Live One Essence Spiritual Coaching Services, you acknowledge that Simer Sekhon is not a licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, physician, or other regulated healthcare professional.

Spiritual coaching is intended solely for personal and spiritual development and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or mental health care, diagnosis, or treatment.

By participating in coaching, you accept full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being during and after your coaching sessions. You agree that Live One Essence Spiritual Coaching Services, Simer Sekhon, Twin Flames Universe, and any affiliated individuals or organizations shall not be liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your participation in coaching services.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or thoughts of self-harm, please seek immediate assistance from a qualified healthcare professional or your local emergency services.

Immediate Access to Digital Services

Certain products and services offered by Live One Essence Spiritual Coaching Services consist of digital content, digital services, online coaching, online courses, memberships, and other immediately accessible offerings.

By completing your purchase, you expressly request and consent to the immediate commencement of these digital services and immediate access to any purchased digital content.

You acknowledge that access to purchased digital content and services begins immediately upon purchase and understand that, where permitted by applicable law, your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once performance of the digital service has commenced.
